Our website and/or service does not intend to collect data on website visitors who are younger than 16 years old. Unless they have permission from their parents or guardian. However, we cannot verify whether a visitor is over 16. We therefore recommend that parents be involved in the online activities of their children, in order to prevent data being collected on children without parental permission. For what purpose and on the basis of which basis do we process personal data?
Franky's processes your personal data for the following purposes:
- Sending you our newsletter and/or advertising folder
- To be able to call you or send you an e-mail if this is necessary in order to provide our services
- To deliver goods and services to you
- Franky's also processes personal data if we are legally obliged to do so, such as data we need for our tax return.
How long we keep personal data

In order to be able to serve our customers well, we need various data. Because the tax authorities are looking over our shoulder, we have to keep all data for 7 years (even if you are no longer a customer). What we process about our customers:

People who apply for jobs
When you apply for a job - which we are of course very happy about - you also share data with us. If we hire you, we will process your data in our administration and provide you with a new privacy statement. If we don't have a position for you, we will keep your data for up to one year in order to contact you if we do have a position for you. When you apply for a job, we process the following data:
- Name and surname
- Gender
- Date of birth
- Place of birth
- Telephone number
- E-mail address
- Your CV
- Other personal data that you actively provide with your application
People who fill in our contact form
When you fill in our contact form on our website, there are details that we need to be able to process your question or comment properly. To prevent you from having to explain your question or comment again each time you contact us, we keep the data you leave behind for a maximum of one year. To make sure that the request for inspection was made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your identity document with the request. Make in this copy your passport photo, MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), passport number and Citizen Service Number (BSN) black. This is to protect your privacy. We will respond to your request as quickly as possible, but within four weeks.
How we secure personal details
Franky's takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent abuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized changes.
