Franky's is available in one size: 35 x 55 cm (L x W). You can choose the thickness and hardness, i.e. the height: 7 cm, 9 cm, 10 cm, 11 cm, 12 cm, 13 cm, 14 cm or 16 cm.

The cushion weighs 2kg.

The pillow is made of tencel, bamboo and soya foam. These materials are durable and ensure that the pillow is extra soft and comfortable, breathable and offers good neck support.

It is actually 20 pillows in one and you decide yourself which pillow you like. Everyone receives the same four foam layers at home, so there is no need to decide beforehand how high or hard you want your pillow to be. You can put all this together at home, try it out and adjust it if necessary.

With the included manual(or this page) you can easily do this yourself at home. Yes, you can assemble the pillow yourself and make it suitable for any mattress. If you have a hard mattress, it is nice to make the pillow a bit higher. Do you have a soft mattress that you can sink into? Then your pillow should be a bit lower to create a healthy sleeping position.

Over the years, the hardness of your mattress decreases. This causes you to sink further into the mattress, reducing the space between your shoulder and the pillow. In this case you need a higher pillow. You cannot adjust this with a standard pillow, but you can with Franky's. Therefore, keep all layers well, so that you can always adjust Franky's when necessary. Also when your sleeping position changes for example. 

You can also take your Franky's Pillow with you when you go on holiday, on a business trip or simply for a night out. So you can always adjust your pillow to the mattress you are sleeping on. Ideal, right?

Both the foam and the cover can be washed in the washing machine at 40 degrees. The pillow comes with washing instructions. Washing your Franky's Pillow keeps it hygienic and fresh.

Foam:

The foam is washable at 40 degrees and should be dried on a flat surface and kept out of direct sunlight.

Advice: When washing the foam, use a short and gentle programme. Use only a little washing powder. Do not add fabric softener. You can use a medium speed to run the cushion in the machine (speed around 800).

We recommend that you wash the cushion x times a year. You can wash both the cover and the foam layers in the washing machine.

Where most pillows stink when you unwrap them, this is not the case with Franky's. Most memory foam pillows have a chemical factory smell when you unwrap them.

Franky's is made of soya foam and treated with a blossom oil that is also used in spas and has a relaxing effect. This blossom comes from the orange tree, which blossoms beautifully in spring. Unfortunately, this scent does not last long. We do not expect it to, but if you do not like the smell you can always wash the pillow.
